In most cases, two-part thermoset hardener epoxy resin is made of base resin (high viscosity) and hardener (low viscosity). In the sample in which base resin and hardener were mixed by hand, we can see that the base resin and hardener are not mixed evenly, having unmixed portions of hardener. Furthermore, air bubbles have remained in the resin. In the sample prepared with THINKY's planetary centrifugal mixer, base resin and hardener are mixed evenly. Also, no air bubbles are observed in the resin.
